01. How long does UK shipping take?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation. UK delivery typically takes a further 2-4 working days via tracked courier. A dispatch confirmation email is sent once tracking is available.

02. Where do you ship?

KYRO currently ships within the United Kingdom only. Orders placed for delivery outside the UK are not accepted at this time.

03. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the order details. Orders of £150 or more qualify for free UK shipping.

04. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free UK shipping is applied automatically when the basket reaches £150 or more.

05. How is my order packaged?

Orders are prepared in plain outer packaging. Product vials are packed securely to reduce movement in transit and help protect the integrity of the order.

06. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Tracking is sent to the email address used at checkout once the order has been dispatched.

07. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact KYRO as soon as possible via the Support page with your order number. We can only amend or cancel an order before dispatch processing has started.

08. What happens if my order is delayed or lost in transit?

If a tracked order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, contact Support with your order number and tracking reference. KYRO will review the courier status and advise the next step.

09. Can I ship to a different address from my billing address?

Yes. A separate delivery address can be entered at checkout. Please check all delivery details carefully before submitting your order.
